This beef sausage (Rindswurst) is made according to the original Frankfurt recipe. We deliberately avoid the addition of additives such as flavor enhancers. To achieve a balanced taste, we use only natural spices according to traditional recipes. We compensate for the significant reduction in salt by adding more spices.
Our beef sausage is a tribute to the old butchery traditions. We use only selected ingredients and the same recipe which has been used since 1894.
We attach particular importance to the outstanding quality of the meat. Of course, we blend our spice mixture by ourselves.
